Looking for a fantastic, fun type workout? …. Here it is!

Utilising a long platform (which is height adjustable), you will be taught basic leg movement patterns and then you can add in your upper body movements when you feel ready. All fitness levels attend our Step programmes…. there is no complicated choreography, just lots of sweat, laughs and calorie trashing!

Handweights are optional! We perform Basic Step moves, Tabata, Interval Step, HIIT Step, Upper body toning with light dumbbells and some high intensity (which is optional). Music is from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s and now!!!
