SEMI PRIVATE PILATES REFORMER SESSIONS - 10 WEEK PROGRAMMES.

 PILATES REFORMER exercises are for those who prefer the privacy of a very small group to learn all about the benefits of these specialised workouts. These private and semi private sessions are all about having a non impact, all over body workout focusing on the Core muscles of abdominals, pelvis and lower back.

Ideal for beginners, the overweight and the unfit, for those who are hesitant about any type of exercise, and for those who have chronic muscular skeletal issues. *Some clients may need to provide a Medical Clearance to Commence.

There is absolutely NO OTHER EXERCISE programme like PILATES!

Controlled body movement, prioritising safe and correct execution of exercise technique is the priority.

This is NOT a weight loss programme. Your mental and physical well being is foremost.
